Organization & Firm Data

If you set up an organization, we collect firm name, address, phone number, attorney information, and firm logo. This information is used to personalize generated documents.

Case Documents & Uploads

When you upload case documents (PDFs, Word documents, images), these files are stored securely in our cloud storage. Uploaded documents are processed by our AI to generate legal documents on your behalf.

Generated Documents

Documents generated through our platform are stored in your account. Document content, AI usage metrics (token counts), and generation metadata are retained as part of your order history.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, preview and document generation counts, and session duration.

• Uploaded case files are retained based on your subscription tier: Associate (7 days), Counsel (30 days), Partner (90 days).
